An ex-journalist Sue now writes contemporary women’s fiction with an underlying theme which can be overcoming grief, second chances, how to live with anorexia, dealing with a problem rescue dog - everyday dilemmas that many of us face.
The Writers’ Block is seeking 3 emerging writers who are interested in developing their skills and practice around the genre of environmental poetry and creative non-fiction. There will be an opportunity to share the work through readings, printed postcards and some filmed assets.
Two girls meet on a train journey… One of them - privileged, chaotic - is heading to an exclusive Swiss rehab centre following months of partying and living wildly. The other - who couldn't be more different - is down to her last penny, running away. When they get off the train they are both pretending to be the other. Just for a short period, of course. Just until the rehab stint is over . . .
